Cathey Manley

Cathey Manley is the owner of Cathey Manley & Associates Ltd, which was founded in 1981 and a partner with Dovetail Training Company. She is a licensed Interior Designer in the state of Florida.

Ms. Manley worked for a private designer after graduation for a short time and then spent the next 10 years working for Bayles Furniture, first as a sales designer and then as Director of Marketing and Design for the high end, multi store operation.

Professionally, Ms. Manley is a past national President of the Interior Design Society as well as one of only 10 Fellows of that society. She is a founding member of the Council of Qualifying of Residential Interior Design (CQRID), Association of Interior Design Professionals (AIDP) and a member of WITHIT.

She was the residential Interior Designer on the TV show, “Great American Home”, been published in Cathy Crane’s book, “What Do You Say To a Naked Room?” and listed in the Who’s Who of American Women. She wrote and produced her highly successful video “Selling Accessories”, as well as many other training programs for retailers as well as manufactures. Her company specializes in motivational and sales training with customer focus and design flair.

Harry Costantino

For the last 25 years, Harry Costantino has enjoyed a successful career with some of the most recognized names in the home furnishings industry. He is now a full partner in the Dovetail Training Company.

Most notable among his career accomplishments is his progressive tenure with the predominant multi-store retailer, Jordan’s Furniture.

While serving in diverse leadership roles in Sales, Management, and as the Director of Customer Relations he earned the reputation as an effective change agent, consistently providing the corporate training, needs analysis, tactical support, best-practices development, and motivation required to build high-performing teams.

Harry authored and implemented his comprehensive training program while serving as the company’s Corporate Sales Trainer. Delivered to over 300 commission sales associates and 120 service employees, his program provided the framework for continuous improvement across both sales and service functions.

Through ongoing mentoring and effective succession planning, he provided train – the – trainer guidance and groomed several management candidates who met with notable success throughout the company.

Most recently, Harry has been with the bedding giant Sleepy’s. His bedding program takes a store-within-a-store approach to mattress sales and includes: how to effectively sell one brand over the other, adding accessories, and how to increase the average ticket by stepping the customer up to premium bedding.

His programs are now available through the Dovetail Training Company and include needs analysis, on-site training, student manuals, and on-going mentoring for all sales, service, and management personnel.
